Set of Six Borek Sipek “Sedlak” Chairs

A very articulate chair designed by prominent Czech architect and designer Bořek Šípek (1949-2016). Known as the father of ‘neo-Baroque’ it embodies the very distinctive style of which he is known so well. Called the Sedlak chair, it combines stained pear wood and aluminium castings and it stacks.”Sedlak”s structural elements can be dismantled. This chair is a limited edition from 1992 produced by Vitra. The chair is no longer in production and its mould has been destroyed.
